In one set, DAVICI artists have combined 10 recognizable paintings by Claude Monet! The legendary pond with water lilies and the landscapes of Giverny, the garden in St. Andresse and the tulips of Holland ... And, of course, the images of the two most meaningful women in the artist’s life - Camilla Monet and Alice Hoschede.
One of the main features of the puzzle-cut are circles - they represent a new, unusual artistic choice of the cut. Within itself, each circle contains a reproduced painting of Monet. Here, such works come to life:
1. Lady in the Garden of Sainte-Adresse. The Hermitage Museum. Year: 1867
2. Terrace at Sainte-Adresse. Metropolitan Museum of Art. Year: Around 1867
3. The Walk. National Gallery of Art (Washington). Year: 1875
4. Tulip Fields in Holland. Musée d'Orsay. Year: 1872
5. The Water-Lily Pond (Japanese Bridge). Princeton University Art Museum. Year: 1899
6. Woman with parasol, turn to the left. Musée d'Orsay. Year: 1886
7. In the Woods at Giverny: Blanche Hoschedé at Her Easel with Suzanne Hoschedé Reading. Los Angeles County Museum of Art, USA. Year: 1887
8. Camille Monet and a Child in the Artist’s Garden in Argenteuil. Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Year: 1875
9. Alice Hoschede in the Garden. Private collection. Year: 1881
10. Landscape at Giverny. Art Institute of Chicago. Year: 1888
On a journey through a bizarre cut of the puzzle, pictures full of life are revealed. The art of impressions is conveyed in the details: soaring seagulls, ships and lonely lighthouses will remind you of the freshness and coolness of the sea, mills and cozy houses will make you recall the calming peace of the fields, birds, flowers and walking ladies with umbrellas - all of it will remind you of the enchanting aromas of gardens.
The patterns of grass and curls of clouds and smoke from the chimney - the metamorphosis of the various pieces is mesmerizing! Numerous artistic hooks in the form of leaves and flower petals emphasize the mood of the set: it seems to be woven from air, taken from light and happy moments.
